的 culmination of your academic experience results in the 毕业 process. This includes the privilege and option of participating in commencement ceremonies. The responsibility for meeting the requirements for graduation rests primarily upon the student. 的se requirements are listed in detail within the bet365中文大学 Bulletin.

bet365中文大学 confers degrees three times a year, in May, August and December. 的 university also holds degree awards programs, 或是否已经, twice a year on the main campus of bet365中文大学: Spring (usually held in May), 夏季(通常在八月举行). 学生 who complete their degree requirements in December are eligible to have their degrees conferred in December and to participate in Spring Commencement services. PLEASE NOTE: 的re is no commencement ceremony for the December Conferral of Degrees.

Commencement and graduation ceremonies are intended to recognize degree candidates and to celebrate their achievements. A list of graduates who have completed all requirements and received degrees for each commencement will be made public through a posting on the bet365中文大学 website.

考生必须满足所有要求 申请和最终许可 to graduate and to participate in Commencement Ceremonies.

Candidates who are graduating with two degrees from separate schools must choose which school/degree they would like to represent. Both degrees will be printed in the graduation program, but only that respective degree will be announced. Candidates may not march a second time in a graduation ceremony for any dual degrees.

A student graduating in absentia is a student who is not participating in graduation. 的 student should indicate their participation choice in the graduation application. Those who complete all degree requirements and choose to graduate in absentia forfeit their right to participate in a later graduation ceremony.

Procedures for Participation in 毕业 Ceremonies

申请和最终许可

本科

• 申请毕业, eligible undergraduate seniors must complete the online 毕业申请表 在指定的截止日期前.
• 本科 students applying for December degree conferral or applying for graduation in May must complete the online graduation/marching application no later than the September date specified in the 校历. 本科 students applying for August graduation must submit the 网上毕业申请 by the specified date in May in the academic calendar.
• 学生 who do not apply for graduation 在指定的截止日期前 will have to submit a completed Appeal to Apply Late for 毕业 form 所有需要的签名 ugrecords@aprender-a-bailar.com. 的y will also be charged a late graduation application fee.
• 成绩单 for transfer credit must reach the 学习成绩 Office a minimum of 15 days before graduation/degree conferral. If the transcripts have not arrived in the 学习成绩 Office by this deadline, 这个学生的毕业可能会推迟.
• All Incompletes and Deferred Grades in classes needed to complete degree requirements must be changed to a satisfactory grade in the 学习成绩 Office a minimum of 15 days before graduation/degree conferral.
• 学生 must receive financial clearance from the 学生财务服务 Office to participate in graduation ceremonies or to receive a diploma.

研究生

• 申请毕业, eligible graduate students must complete the online 毕业申请表 在指定的截止日期前.
• 研究生 students applying for December degree conferral must complete the 网上毕业申请 no later than the September date specified in the academic calendar. 学生 applying for graduation in May must submit their graduation applications no later than the January date specified in the published 校历, and students applying for August graduation must submit their graduation applications 在指定的截止日期前 in May.
• 学生 who do not apply for graduation 在指定的截止日期前 will have to submit a completed Appeal to Apply Late for 毕业 form 所有需要的签名 gradrecords@aprender-a-bailar.com. 学生 will also be charged a late graduation application fee.
